the NCAA or SEC which ever created this lightening rule should carry insurance to cover cancelled games by weather. That would let the host team off the hook for refunding ticket money.

LSU gets 35% of concession sales. Eve though the game wasn't played in its entirety, judging by the lines in the concourse and the fact that the stands near me were running out of food and sis run out of water, I think they probably did ok. Also, take into account that 1/2 the fans would have been gone by half time anyways

Baseball games that are cancelled ... We didn't get refunds did we? It's part of an outdoor event and if it rains well it rains. I'm sorry but I'm a season ticket holder that doesn't see a need for a refund.
