Reflecting the Coach or Leader

Any organization or team reflects its leadership. No amount of the best coordinators or vice-presidents can replace or cover up the influence of the person at the top.
Saban's teams reflect Saban...tough minded and smart.
Miles' teams reflected him...tough and committed, but a bit goofy and one dimensional.
We will look superior to inferior opponents on talent alone, but we are a reflection of our head coach, and when equivalent or superior talent takes the field the team will reflect how it is being led.
I want LSU to have great success, but I believe it is now the time to clean house completely (which includes the AD), even if that means losing Aranda, who I really like, and bring in a new, young, intelligent coach and let him establish a new program. It is time to let the past go.
Unfortunately, I do not think this happens before it gets really bad around here or we have languished in mediocrity for a while.

It's too late man. O could go 2-10 this year and he will be the coach next year due to the buyout. What's done is done.

Yeah, I agree that he will be around for at least another year...and what is unfortunate for him, is he will really take all of this very personally, but should not have been put in this position in the first place.
