but I found that interesting actually that Flynn had more attempts in less games than JR.

I could see JJ having around 22 Passing TD's on the year, with 4 rushing TD's.

I still stick by my 6 INT's.

if i'm wrong, i'm wrong.

I just see him throwing less than 10 INT's on the year.

shite Lee AVERAGED 2 INT's PER GAME he played.

Yeah I know different coordinator, still found it interesting.

Herb Tyler His First Year Starting Stats as Sophmore (I thought these might be a good idea of what JJ might do. I predict a little bit better cause he plays with a better OC and Receivers)

11- Games Played
137.18- QB Rating
109-188-8- Attempts-Complete-INT
58.0- Complete
1688- Yards
7- Touchdown
153.5- Yards per game

Also think 13 Interceptions just because IF he plays full 13 games its 1 per game. Its not unreasonable or even alot in today's college football world. If he throws less than 10 then no way he throws for more than 15 touchdowns and you will see LSU break the single season rushing record for the school.

I said better... hell I said 18-13 several times throughout this thread...
I just think Herb Tyler first year stats would be a better to compare than what JL did last year when talking about JJ.

I disagree.

I think you're just used to seeing a QB that didn't take care of the ball last season.

I think JJ will make much better decisions.

I think he will have more than 7, but not in the 20s like a lot of people are saying. Lee is going to see a lot of snaps. This will take away from JJ's numbers. And I think JJ's INTs and TD passes will be about the same.

Flynn 07- 11
JR 06- 8
JR 05- 9
Randal/JR 04- 10
Mauck 03- 14

So yeah I think 13 interceptions in 13 games is possible. I mean Crowton enjoys passing more so you might see JJ with 300-350 attempts this year. Hell between the 3 QB's last year we had 350 attempts passing.

Yes in 06 and 05 his 2 years of starting...
I think we all knew that, so I am surprised by the sarcasm.
05: 15/9
06: 28/8

Common knowledge I assumed

I know, but you know how some LSU fans just thought jamarcus was a big dumb black guy and flynn was the heart filled smart white guy...

Hell even Mauck look at 14 right there, he is another they say had it "between the ears" and "didnt make mistakes" but yet he threw almost as many in 1 year as JR did in 2.

All that matters is NC... if Lee threw 23 interceptions but defense bailed him out and we won a NC he would be discussed as "smart" "gritty" "blue collar"

JaMarcus would take a sack before he threw a pick, but no could tackle him.

I think it's reasonable to assume JJ's not going to throw that many ints. The only int he threw last year went through Toliver's hands, and the only other time I remember him getting close to being picked was end of bowl when he was just throwing bombs for the hell of it. If you go back and look at his HS stats, he threw an extremely low amount of ints back then too.

He's pretty good at being protective of the ball when he puts it in the air.
