I remember reading this one before I became a member and had to find it to prove a point in argument on SEC Rant.

After re-reading it, some of the numbers are going to be a bit off.

Your interception prediction is absurdly low. Our last 3 QBs:

1) 24-year-old JR who won the NC-10 picks

2) 4th year JR who had a GREAT season and was the #1 pick in the NFL draft--8 picks

3) 5th year SR who won NC and made an NFL roster-11 picks

And you think our 19-year-old SO with only 2 starts going into this season is only going to throw 6?

I just can't see Jefferson having more than 10 INT's this season... he is selective of his passes, doesn't throw off his back foot, and looks off safeties and corners.

There are a few good predictions in the thread a few absurd ones.

+1

I was pretty conservative with mine, i'd say.

the 500 yards rushing may be a little much though.

I like the debate between you and tduecen. I would have to say his 25 sack prediction might come true.
4 through 2 games would be 26 for season if the 2 per game average continues.

Some people though wow, they predict better numbers than Flynn/Mauck/Tyler all had.

You should ask BT if he still believes that, really you should.

Flamming goes both ways on this board I have noticed that.
You are not so innocent yourself you know?

offensive line has played ok, they have not been great as LSU fans are use too but they have been ok. Black looks like he has regressed and replacing 2 starters has proved harder than expected.
They are giving Jefferson time and they are opening up holes. The difference is the holes don't stay open for as long, and when they do screw up it looks bad.

1,900 passing
16 TD's
11 INT's
350 yds rushing.

Think that is realistic, and optimistic. Most likely an injury at some point will sideline him for most of a game or two.

Plus, after ULaLa, the defenses will only get better. (collectively)
