Why would you care if your favorite team is overrated?

I say good for LSU and now all LSU has to do is win and it will be a mute point.

From here on out a win will be a win, just like it should have been the last four weeks. If we would have kept Florida, Bama, Ole Miss, Georgia, etc., out of the endzone on 4th and goal, fans would be shitting themselves and talking about how great our defense played. Instead, it was Mississippi State, and all people want to talk about is how we never should have been in that position to start with. At least now our pathetic fans have no excuse to cry about how ugly LSU wins.

minus Tulane and La Tech ...

Look, it's one thing to play close (win or lose) to the middle and upper SEC teams. It's another to do it against the Vandy or MSU's of the conference.

A win is a win though and LSU is 4-0. It's exactly where they're supposed to be and the slate is clean going into the meat of the schedule. Now it's time to be the team they can be.

Yes we are...but so is everyone else. Cal 'looked' better than most and they got punked by Oregon...PennSt when they finally played a 'football team' in the same weather we have faced all year looked like crap...Miami faced with the rising expectations of media hype and a head coach with a pulse got embarrassed. See a trend? Throw in overrated OklaSt, BYU, Notre Dame and SoCal and what does it prove? Everybody has flaws and the parity in college football, week in and week out, exposes those flaws. The secret is to keep finding a way to win...may I submit LSU as an example of one of the few major programs that has survived...so far. Every week some mindless ranter says, "this is the crucial game for LSU and or Les Miles." Just in case you putz's hadn't noticed...every week is crucial...and each game is only a 1/12th part of a body of a work in progress that may or may not end well for our team. Some of you here are quitters...others are defeatists...and some of you hate Miles for his 'incompetance' and the the fact that he is 45-11. The only thing overrated around here is the collective intellect of the lynch mob that calls itself Tiger fans.
