Good luck dude. In a few years no one will be able to tell you live there. Not being a smart-arse, really wishing you good luck. If it was hard to come by/ rare stuff, I'd box it up and store it. You'll regret getting rid of it in a few years.

basically just have some signed balls, framed posters, couple of helmets and some other misc items. i do have a really nice pencil drawing similar to this painting without the LSU over it done by Donald McCorkle. one of my favorite pieces

I have quite a few baseballs from early 2000s. My favorite baseball has all pen and wallys signature front and center in permanent marker so it pops out from the rest. Also have Dale brown basketball and a football from 2003
