Question about rules for suspended players.

Will White be allowed on the sidelines for the first half?
When a player is ejected, they have to leave the field, as White did. But, I've never paid attention to whether a player was able to stand on the sideline while he served a next game suspension.
Having White on the sideline talking to his replacement will be important.
