Question about BCS selection for SEC

A few weeks ago they said on the BCS show that if two SEC teams made it to the national championship that this is the ONLY way for a 3rd SEC team to get into a BCS bowl game too! Tonight on the show they are saying different! What's the real answer?

The only way for 3 teams to get in is if the 2 teams in the NCG do not win the conf. If GA beats us and LSU and Bama finish 1-2 anyway, then GA would go to the Sugar as SEC champ and would be the 3rd team.

The real answer:
A third team can get into the BCS from a single conference if:
Both of the top-ranked teams are in the BCS title game and neither of said teams are the conference champ.
Only then can the third team, as AQ conference champ get in.
