Randall is a fricking beast. Cant wait to see what he can do.

I youtubed some video highlights of Randall in high school. The guy is a beast. He reminds me of Pat White. I know everyone is high on Met for next year but Randall will see significant playing time (25%) IMO. That is, if he has improved and continues to improve on the potential I saw in those video highlights.

The more I look into these two talents, Met and Randall, at the QB postion the more pumped I get about the future of LSU football.

Shep could throw a damn football, it is a tragedy that he hasnt played qb the last two years with what with what we had to watch for an offense.

But do you think Shep made a better decision for his potential future in the NFL by switching to the WR position? I think he's improving from year to year at the WR postion. Another season of SEC football under his belt and he should be a ~3rd round pick IMO. I don't think Shep has that much upside at the QB postion as he does at WR.

He is definetly more draftable as a WR than a QB but he has a long long way to go to be a 3rd round pick. I can't see it happening at this point. Might not get drafted. He looks a lot like Reggie Bush, tweener between a RB and a WR, but not real good at either.

there is absolutely no doubt about this, of course if your taling nfl he would be a wr...and i think he would be about 3rd round with a great year...im just saying he could have helped with the last two years of an horrid offense....and Id bet my house right now that he can run the zone read 1000X better then JJ right this second...that offense was made for a guy like him...
