Put Gray in for 5 minutes

The issue is they're not using their bigs to score. Dickinson only has 3 shots.
They're running the offense through him, where he gets to the ball with his back to the basket a little under the FT line and he's passing out of it.
For now you just keep rolling with what you have.
Now, if Dickinson starts dominating on backdowns and post ups? Then you may be forced to bring Gray in.
ETA: if you bring Gray in now, you're really just taking away any offensive production from your 5th player. You also take away your strength, and that's our speed and transition game.
