re: PSA on traffic: step up Governor and Mayor.

We didnt have much issue. I've never parked in 414 before though. It's a bit of a walk but I was able to immediately get in my truck and get on river road heading south. Very little issue and was making good time until the 3 roundabouts by L'Auberge. That was where everything was backed up for us. I just wanted continue south but couldn't because of the roundabouts being full of cars stopped trying to go to 30. Still wasn't bad, I've seen worse.
