Perfect for the talking heads. Conference championships are meaningless and the schools take in 25% less revenue. Yeah they'll go for it.

Did anyone else notice that Notre Dame made it? Give me a fricking break, schools with losing records should not have a shot at the title.

This will not make the season any longer. It take a few week just to get to the precious bowl bowl games. Then takes another couple of weeks to get through the crummy ones. This bracket would only take 5 weeks to complete. If you start it the first week of December, then your are done about the same time as the bowls get over now.

And I'm tired of hearing the lame excuse of destroying the regular season. If anything it will make it better and more interesting. Plus the fact that you still have conference championships.

Why is Texas a #2 and USC a #1? And why are they in the same group as OU?

It should be an 8 theam play off using the major bowls. But we can always go back to not having the BCS.

That sure doesn't seem to bother other NCAA sports...or any other sport really. Who the frick else has "bowls"

We're 13th seed in the region...not for the entire bracket...there are 4 regions. So the highest overall we would be is I think 48th
