then why don't you start in 03?
Because, like I said, I'm starting where BOTH are relevant. LSU became relevant in 01, USC in 02. Both were relevant programs in 02, but yeah, it's closer if you consider the whole decade.
I hate doing that though because LSU's 00 season under Saban and Carrol's first season as well (01 I believe) shouldn't be looked at as hard because both programs were just getting over horrible coaches.

In the Decade
LSU 2 BCS titles bowl game record 7 wins 2 losses. 1999 didn't make a bowl game
Florida 2 BCS titles Bowl game record 4 wins 6 losses
LSU is the top program in this decade.

USC doesn't have two BCS titles and still losing to inferior teams no way should they be consider in the same class of these two and just because we listen to ESPN pleading a case every year for them doesn't make them legit.

our NC in 2007 included two losses to inferior teams
we lost to one in 2006
one in 2005
one in 2003
we lost to UAB this decade.
We lose to as many teams in the conference that we shouldn't as they do.
And USC has two national titles no matter what you want to say.

Damn, you may very well be the biggest homer I've ever seen.

Honestly, I'd say its a 3-way tie between USC, LSU, and UF.
If we look at 2000 - 2008, we get the following:
LSU - 3 SEC titles, 2 NCs, 87 - 29 overall record (3 SEC title games)
UF - 3 SEC titles, 2 NCs, 90 - 27 overall record (4 SEC title games)
USC - 7 PAC-10 titles, 2 NCs (whether people like it or not, they won a title in 2003), 93 - 22 (no conference championship game)
Overall, LSU and UF have made a bowl every year, while USC missed it in 2000. All three are equally deserving in my opinion.

two losses to inferior teams? Arkansas and Kentucky 8-5 isn't inferior.
2006 auburn 11-2 florida 13-1 which one was inferior?
2005 tenn , the Katrina game when they were helicopter flying over the stadium and players worrying about family members and such
2003 Florida 8-5 not a inferior team.
UAB was inferior don't know why we lost that game.
And USC has a split nation AP title in the 2003 season not the crystal.
LSU wins.

inferior means worse than us.
And yeah, 03 Fla, 04 Iowa, 05 Tenn, 06 Auburn, 07 Kentucky, 07 Ark, and 08 ark were all inferior teams to us.
LSU loses to inferior teams and we lose some of the inseason grudge matches. USC is money in the bank to win big regular season games.

In comparison to a 12-2 team? Since when is losing five less games not considered inferior.
Oh, by the way, USC's losses over the past five years were to:
9-4 Oregon St.
9-4 Oregon (who was #1 before Dixon's injury)
4-8 Stanford
7-6 UCLA
10-4 Oregon St.
14-0 Texas
8-6 Cal
So by your logic of Ark and UK not being inferior, USC only lost to one inferior opponent in the above span, Stanford.
If you want to base your argument around losing to Stanford, why not include Arkansas from this year? Arkansas did go 2-6 in the SEC this year, but I guess that's not inferior either because that would hurt your bias.

And the crystal is not the only factor in determining a national champion, thus the split. If LSU had only gotten the AP, you'd definitely be saying we had 2.

LSU 2 bcs titles Florida 2 BCS titles USC 1 BCS title SEC best conference pac10 a joke. just think what LSU are Florida could do if they were playin in the pac 10, no loses.

Pac 10 and USC sucks never will give them credit until I see them play LSU or Florida and beat them. LSU went to USC in the early 80's and stump their arse and that was the last time they played.

So OBVIOUSLY we'd do the same now.

Bro, just stop. You can love LSU and hate USC, but don't let it get so intense that you look dumb as hell

And USC won in TS in the first part of that series. What does that have to do with anything?

TS game was close game but the next game was an arse whooping and they run off and never schedule them again. Same thing against Florida '82 Florida wins and '83 results in a tie and they never schedule again. For a team that has always contested that they're the best year in and year out they sure won't schedule any games with these top notch teams in the SEC not even in Bowl games. USC had the best chance to play LSU in the Rose bowl a couple years ago and some how we got stuck with Notre Dame. The Year Auburn went undefeated with that great Defense they had, USC had chance to play Auburn and some how they manage to avoid playing another SEC team even though Auburn had the better schedule and was deserving they were denied for the National Championship.

I'm sure USC was purposely avoiding AU, especially considering they beat them two consecutive years.
