At a lot of other programs, both these young men would have been processed long ago. Mcmillan was an afterthought in a recruiting cycle that needed a quarterback. Narcisse was injured from jump and never played a down.
Did they jump or where they pushed? Either way, while they might be fine young men, was it time for them to move on
