I disagree. This had fallen out of the limelight after that initial threatened vote was tabled when we didn’t roster Wright and Harris and the season started. It was well on its way to fading away and would have barely made the media if the suit had quietly been dismissed and an internal agreement been reached. This was his opportunity to let this all fade away and save some face.

It was mentioned when we filed for dismissal that both sides had been in settlement talks. It was the SEC’s insistence that the suit continue and they get their self-governance stamp of approval that put the suit back on the media radar and kept us all in court.
