To answer your question with a question:

Name something concrete that Saban has done that I can point to and say that it was directly because of him. We both know he doesn't call the offense or the defense and his assistants are all the lead recruiters on every one of his recruits so tell me what he does that is 100% Saban.

Same question for Urban Meyer. After his NC in 2014, he lost his OC and his program took a step in the wrong direction. Same thing happened at UF before he quit. So what does he alone contribute to success?

You see how you question is dumb? The HC oversees the program and the success or failure falls on him. At the same time, he is reliant on those around him to do their jobs to have success. You can't point to ANY SINGLE THING that Saban does to make Bama as dominant as they are.
