Wingo, Jefferson, Guillory, and to a lesser extent Daniels played well. Daniels had no running game to rely on last night besides his own. He's not a Heisman QB by any stretch (Travis is better), but that game last night was squarely on the defensive scheme, the OL, the secondary, and playcalling in general.

Play calling on the Goal Line had zero imagination.

Weird game. Totally entertaining and competitive in the first half. In fact, there were 2-3 moments where it almost seemed like we had control and we would be the team to pull away in the 2nd half. Fitness? Coaching adjustments by FSU with none by us? Our players aren’t as mentally tough and did not raise their game to match FSU’s? I just don’t know why the wheels fell off at half time…

I'm pretty sure during halftime that (FSU) noticed WR's were overmatched against LSU's CB's and they exploited that in the 2nd half. I'm also sure that they noted how successful they were in surplus yards after the catch (by WR).
