Does anyone know who holds the collegiate record for throwing the most interceptions returned for touchdowns in a season by a starting quarterback? John Reaves, University of Florida, threw 9 interceptions in one game against Auburn in 1969.

That beats Jamie Howards record.

I laugh now, but cried then.

I know that Guess Who holds the record for most pick 6's in a career. I would assume that since its his first season, that would also imply he holds the season record as well.

I don't think pick 6 is an official stat

I think for defenders who score off INTs there is a stat, but not for the QBs who throw them.

I dont think it is an official stat either. Seriously, we should just spot our opponents a touchdown before the game starts. THere is some connection between having the worst defense in 10 years and all the turnovers. Jlee throws a touchdown for the other team every game.

It is Jarret Lee, Louiiana State University, 2008.
Career record- 7 (he is tied)
season record- 7 (all alone)

The season is not over, nor is his career, so these are likely to change, perhaps weekly.

Its not an official stat, but Lee holds the record for single season, and has tied the career record.

Wow, It took the others over 600 attempts. If only our receivers could catch as well as our opponents DBs & LBs.
