TheDoc, you jumped on me in the Prediction thread a little about some points I made about the teams and game.

I eventually picked 34-17, so the last play TD hurt me.

what did I say?

I have to admit, I thought the defense was going to be drastically different.

I stopped drinking the kool aide.

I apologize if I said something out of line brah

You didn't say anything out of line. Not meant that way since I said a "little" Nothing out of line.

However, you were quite certain of the outcome...

but of course we all are.

so why are you bitching about the Offense so much?

because, once again we're going to have to outscore ppl to win. Our limited playbook is not going to get us there

And I was a huge homer last yr (predicted only 2 losses). Just think we've got problems that need to be fixed

there were little sprinkles of gary crowtons playbook after rewatching the game from saturday.

they were just few and far between.

I don't think we start opening the downfield passing attack til georgia

for sure. jefferson will learn how to slide (much to BT's dismay)

he seems to be getting better with each performance, and more consistent.

the offensive line has been completely overrated and needs to live up to the hype. they were pushed around all game, and if lee had been in instead of a mobile QB that could get away from the pressure, LSU would have taken more sacks and back stepping throws than i would have liked to see.

the defense has the playmakers.

they just need to be let loose.

this prevent, read and react bullshite isn't going to cut it.

not putting pressure on a QB is not good.

if you give a QB 8-10 seconds to throw, he's going to find someone open.
