Whenever he blitzes its usually inside instead of outside. Outside is where he has the speed and bend to wreak havoc.
Understand coaches are trying to build him, but maybe this is the position he wants to play

He is very easily blocked and taken out of the play because he just goes through the motions. Watch how Whit Weeks attacks the play vs HP7. It’s like he’s okay with getting blocked so he doesn’t have to get involved. My impression is he has phoned it in. Maybe USCe he will break out!!!

It’s pretty clear Kelly doesn’t have the balls to tell Perkins he isn’t a MLB. Perkins is telling the coaches where he should play not the other way around. Kelly needs to man up and tell him it’s time to play star or ride pine. He’s killing the middle of our defense.

He’ll get drafted. It won’t be in the 1st round though.
