I thought the crowd brought it in the 2nd half. Definitely the loudest I've heard it all season. It really has been pathetic this year in regards to fan support.

it was weak the first half and got better second half. i am disappointed with the crowd noise also this year in general. but i want to second the question from the op. where do you sit so i can watch how loud you rally your section. i left houston around ten this morning and made it to the game. my wife and i made enough noise to po the young girl in front of us ..... and yeah she and her dad left early while this old guy was singing the am at the end.

You’re right. The place was dead but so what, coming off 2 terrible losses. People botch about 6:00 games and traffic and 8:00 games w kids. Student section was too busy playing on their phones. People are going to bitch no matter what.

You aren’t getting me to drive an hour on a Tuesday for an 8 pm tip against Missouri when I can watch it on my couch
I blame SECNetwork/ESPN. Trying to play these double headers is dumb. 6:00 is too early for most working people to attend. 8 pm means you aren’t getting out the PMAC until 9:30.
Don’t televise every game (stream some) and go back to 7 pm tip off

Love how many come on here lamenting about the lack of enthusiasm for basketball!
LSU fans love a winner...not just 16th place once a decade or fourth once every 40 years. Let WW get them to the final four 2 to 3 times or win a Natty and they'll be clambering on to the band waggon like America's white trash did to Bama football.

The first half was not very good from the team or the fans. Everyone was going through the motions. Towards the end of the first half it started to turn around like the team did then it started getting better and better. By the end of the game it was pretty good considering there were a lot of empty seats at the PMAC.

Ha, our crowd...the few that were there, needed no calming down at any point, they were comatose.
Even at the end when we took the lead, at the timeout the band plays Tiger Rag and gets to the point where the crowd would typically start the LSU-LSU-LSU chant, and like 5 people in the whole building start it and stop immediately because no one else is - I look around an a bunch of stiffs staring blankly like Johnny Jones all around me.

I'm getting sick of you yoyo's talking about how pathetic the PMAC is, yet not a single one of you actually attend the games. If you want to fix the problem, get season tickets and show up. There are a bunch of folks who already do that, yet your cheap/lazy/whatever else arse wants to criticize them from the sideline. That's a slap in the face to those who actually show up week in/week out.
