Was going to get as parking pass in section 407 at River Rd and Skip Bertman...but if I remember correctly there is free parking near there. Wouldn't it make sense to use the free parking? Haven't been to the stadium in like 5 years so the parking lots might have changed? any advice

i could be wrong but free is further down river road. There is an RV lot next to 407, but 407 is a good lot to contraflow river road back to the interstate.

Better get to the lot 5 + hours before game time.
Final year with tickets and a parking pass, there were no spots available 4 hours before the game. Happened in 3 games so gave an adios to TAF and LSU after 20 years of support.
After the South EZ addition, the entire gameday experience went further down the toilet and deep into the sewer system.

This has not been my experience. Never had a problem finding a spot in 407. I do get there 3 hours or more before the game. And with the shitty teams the last 2 years there was no problem at all, even 1 hour before kick off.

What used to be free there is now 413. Hayfield is the closest free parking to there. There is much less free so keep that in mind.

I just get a spot in the union garage every year now. You do have to get it every year, it's no renewable, but in and out on dalrymple works well for us.

I think that is an RV lot. If that is what you want, okay but be careful that the contra flow allows you to leave in the direction that you want to go.
