The fact is that the staff just isn't working well together and the players aren't responding to them. Hopefully Orgeron gets is fixed for next season.
I'm not "excusing" anything. I see this as a flaw O has. Yeah, at 59 he still hasn't gotten the formula right or at least consistent.

I was referring to the thread title as to why I was laughing. I got what you were saying. Guess I didn't make my point very well.
