They are fast. Not as fast as Florida, Arky, Ala, but like maybe UT, UGA fast.
They are well coached and skilled. We are the more physical team. If they can keep it finesse game they can and probably will win. It is get rough and tough it will be ours.

2. Oregon will be the fastest team LSU's seen in a while (?? there's a reason analysts say that oregon reminds them of an SEC team...)
Excuse me if this has been said, and I'm certain it has, but this is one of the dumbest statements I've seen on here about this match up. So what you're saying is that O is faster due to being compared to SEC teams? Those same SEC teams we play all season? So it was deduced that we have never seen such speed?
You know, because y'all are like all those other teams we play?
I really do respect the Ducks and think this will be a real test, if not a L for the tigahs.

OU does't want Pac 12 homer posts anymore than we do. I didn't mean to impose this junk on to OU. Perhaps Oregon fans could swallow this crap on their blogs.

Or St with 7 losses and 5 wins; no bowl appearance. Your reference to their game in 2004when LSU went 9-3 and was ranked 16th-Or St 2004 finished 7-5 and defeated Notre Dame in the Insight Bowl. Not exactly the same teams as LSU 2011 and a 5 win 2010 Or st.
Mizz St.- how dare you schedule such a cupcake.
Wash St- 2 wins- you think is better than a top 20 ranked Miss St who went 9-4 and beat Mich 52-14 in the 2010 Gator Bowl.
Go post this crap on a OU website.
We're talking about this years schedule. Wash St. will be a 5-6 win team. Mizz St. was a fill in, and look at Oregon St's schedule last year. They played TCU and BSU out of conference. That combined with Oregon and Stanford is 4 losses to high quality teams.
I think one of the biggest advantages for SEC teams having the 4th OOC game is how late in the season they usually schedule essentially giving them a late season bye.

Always appreciate your honesty. And to your colleague GoDucks349, not only is it likely, as I just demonstrated we, in fact did. The SEC has teams like that all the time. You're new to the block, but look at the houses. They are all big in this neighborhood. You have a mansion in the PAC 10/12 trailer park. Your mansion is just a house in our hood. It took me 5 seconds to name a team with more speed. Some food for thought.
I believe you took my comments out of context a bit. First, I wasn't talking about 2008. Yes that was a very fast FL team. Second, I didn't say Oregon was "faster", I believe I said that you probably wouldn't face a team faster than the Ducks (this year was implied). I'll stand by that comment. As for your comment about your house being a mansion, you might want to bring in some major constructions crews to work on that eastern division.

With regards to my post you are misconstruing what it was responding to. Allow me to clarify for you since you may not have seen the whole thread.
I managed to smash that misconception straight away. As for your point about how many kids on this team played against that team, the answer would be most of our veterans. Finally, I will direct you to this POST so you can see what my position is re: Oregon's speed
ETA there is nothing in the quote in bold that would imply to anyone that you were talking about this upcoming season as you used present perfect tense which is from today back /grammar nerd You are looking for will have seen to even have a chance at trying to pull that switch on me.

You're right. Three BCS national titles for that Eastern division. How many national titles is Oregon displaying these days? How about their division in the PAC 12? How about the PAC 12? I think you guys are down to half of one and you got to beat Michigan outside of a BCS national title game to get it. Just sayin.
