I feel like Kelly was a good hire and then NIL happened, and he rapidly became a mediocre coach because that's just not his game.

You dont understand how these guys are wired. You think Pete Carroll needed the money when he took the Raiders job? Football is like a drug to some of these coaches. They can't get it out of their system. It is all that they know.

You think James Franklin needs the money? He is already talking about getting back in the game.
