Never had problems at JH...unlike the other SEC stadiums I've been too. Always had a good time. Believe or not, the 2 times I've been to Commonwealth at UK were the worst road trips I've ever been on.....horribly crude fans win or lose!

This is so funny. ALL fanbases have assholes that give opposing fans a hard time. Had one behind me at Auburn on Saturday that was determined to receive a forehead punch. Believe it or not, LSU fans are not the scum of the earth, all fanbases have bad apples, get over it.

I'll give my two cents as I've been around a while and to some of the biggest games of the past 25 years (Im mid 30s going to games since I was 2). Well over a hundred games at JH, and many at the swamp, Samford, Bama, and TS.

Jordan Hare is the most consistently loud stadium in the SEC. Been saying that since the early 90s and still believe it. There isa reason AU has the best record in the history of college football in top ten matchups at home and why we are 51-31 ATS (against the spread) in SEC home games over the past ten years and 5 games.

The swamp is the loudest peak noise of any stadium. It is due to its vertical rise and location almost below ground as you descend into it. Traps noise like no other. I was there in 1994 for one of the biggest revenge games of the spurrier era with a top 5 matchup of #1 UF and AU who had the nation's longest winning streak. Loudest peak noise I have ever heard. Just deafening.

TS is second for peak noise but not good at all at consistently noisy, at least not often. Loudest game I have been to there (out of 6 AU-LSU games in baton rouge) was the bring back the magic game under dinardo when LSU wore the home whites for the first time in decades after getting AU to agree. Peak noise was second only to the swamp that night.

Side note about the 2010 AU - UGA game. AU radio guys said it was the loudest the Hare has been since Dec 2, 1989, which no game anywhere at any venue will ever match in absolute crowd noise

yea, I did not have any data to support it but I remember that game and the night after.

I will never forget how loud it was when they announced Cam as the starter. Other than last year when Louis caught the pass against UGA and Chris Davis running the kick back, it was the loudest I can remember in my old life

Nothing that could ever happen in any stadium will ever match the Chris Davis run back to me. That was the wildest thing I have ever seen
