I have an esoteric vocabulary that is useless in this case.
He looks to me like someone who is able to empathize.
I think he was really touched by the Mich staff when he was a player.
Les is sympathetic, compassionate, and endearing.
He is a decent person.
I will go with DECENT.
I wonder what the Dallas Cowboys would say about him.
He was TE coach for Dallas right before he became a college HC for Ok State.
My guess is that when he was coaching TE's in the NFL he was a bit harder on them than the impression he gives about his relationship with the players.
