Yeah, there's the kickass murals. What the hell did they do with those things? Why wouldn't they preserve them?

My father-in-law was at LSU when they got the first Tiger. They collected $.25 from all the students to purchase him. He is proud that his class bought the first one and started that tradition.
He's got some excellent stories from the old days, especially regarding the hazing of Freshman.
He's got some particularly wild stories about his roommate at the time, Lee Perez, son of Plaquemines Parish Judge and Autocrat, Leander Perez!

My dad started LSU in 1945. They used to find the freshmen and shave their heads. That was one of their hazing techniques.
