Grimes did not recruit hardly any of these guys currently playing on the OL...but he has recruited and got commitments from the best OL class in a very long time coming in next year...you're a newbie and a know-nothing...Grimes coached and recruited the OL that won a National Championship at AU...duh!

That 2010 oline at Auburn were upper classmen from Tuberville's regime. Isom/Pugh/Ziemba were Sr's and Eddins/Pugh Jr's. They were crucial for Cam Newton's success. Their oline hasn't been the same since that group fell off the roster.

Let's see what happens when our 5 o-lineman don't have to block 8 guys.

This guy is a fricking genius. I always imagined the after film study and how grimes never blew a rod! It will be amazing what a spread formation will do for LF finding holes.

For what it's worth Grimes is one of the highest regarded OL coaches in the country amongst his peers.

I don't know, but it would seem that the lineman we currently have were recruited for their ability to block for the type of offense favored by Miles. Not really pass blockers. Just my uninformed observation.

i can tell you people, for a fact, that getting rid of jeff grimes would be a catastrophic mistake....the guy is one helluva' oline coach....i would give both of my nuts to have him back(no big deal, i'm old)
