I'm sure coach Stud is a great offensive line coach-he needs to be back there. Kraigthorpe seems to be a good QB coach especially with the improvement Lee showed this year. Les needs to be on the phone today finding a proven Offensive coordinator. I think coach Stud's lack of experience in studying film and making a creative gameplan for what Bama would do hurt us badly.

I'll be interested to see if miles makes changes on the offensive side or if he will keep things business as usual- i have a bad feeling that nothing will change.

Blame the OC or the QB?

Former Dolphins OC Gary Stevens said it best when referring to the lack of a running game during the Marino years - "You can't make chicken salad out of chicken shite"

Really? We scored more points this season on offense then any past year that I can remember. Bama was the only team we did not man handle all year. I dont think it was the play calling as much as not having a vertical passing attack. We will have a real QB next season so its looking good.

Do you think it was Stud or did he put together a game plan the head coach wanted?

Stud is not the problem. And to be honest I'm tired of fricking repeating myself.

This is Les Miles offense. Not Stud's. Blame the head chimp.

Your sig pics just made me think about the way CLM claps, it's definitely different than most people. I was going to ask if if he'd ever been called the Mad Clapper, but I found this video and this video.

this is dead on. there is no way miles will hire an oc who is not aligned with miles' philosophy of run first. do you really believe anyone other than our head coach dreamed up our game plan ?

I have no problem with trying to run the ball but you have to also have the ability to spread it out and have some misdirection plays as well. The run and pass games allow for the success of both.
An offensive coordinator with a offensive line mentality along with a HC with the same I feel is a handicap when you go against quality defenses. I feel we need to get a bright minded offensive coordinator on the staff for that very reason.
