Yes.

Or do you just like wearing the merch and getting sloshed at the tailgates?

I don't wear the merch (except ball caps now and then) and haven't been to any tailgates in a number of years.

A WR "drop" stat that was "on the quarterbacks"? Really, Otis? Tell us more...

You're too fricking easy Butteye joe. Tell us more about Burrow being a top 5 QB last year.

Burrow is a grown man. He is the same QB this season that he was last season.

Main difference - he'll be in an offense that he's known since he was 13 years old. And with players that he knows all around him.

Joe was a Top-5 QB last season (you were oblivious to that fact). And Joe is a Top-5 QB this season (this season they will explain it to you with NUMBERS - you moron)

Please list all metrics in which he was top 5 in the nation.

I love the guy, but you make clown take after clown take.

I say I do have a source, and you say I don't. Whatever.

However, any way you slice it, the stats say something is Very Very Wrong in the passing game. Particularly for a program that wants to be in the Playoff picture.

Something was wrong in the passing games last year. I don't think anyone has or will dispute that. You just seem to be hung up on this jugs machine crusade. You say you have a source saying we aren't getting enough reps, but can't tell us how many reps they're getting now, how often the machines are used or even how many we have.

Then, at the same time you love to throw out that Burrow barely had time to get in sync with his receivers. Plus, we all know that the receivers were very inexperienced last season. They could do a million reps on the jugs machine a day, that isn't going to help when their nerves are shot to hell playing in front of 100,000 people. Juggs machines aren't going to help them be in the right spot at the right time and they sure as shite won't help when that 220 lb safety is about to blow the receiver up.

People like to bring up that the drops got better at the end of the season and that the receivers played much better. You think they started using the jugs machine more or that they just gained some experience and started playing with more confidence?

Dude, you are parading your ignorance. A "hand in the face" incompletion is NOT a drop.

This is by far the dumbest thing you have ever posted on this board. It was an analogy, a good one at that, and you think he's saying that a hand in the face in basketball is the same as a drop in football. Please just admit that you're trolling everyone. We've had people on here before that have admitted to having mental issues that make more sense than you do.

You apparently have zero clue what the difference between fact and opinion is.

At this point, I'm hoping his excuse is something physical or mental. At least there would be a valid explination that way.

Metrics can be useful, but they are NOT by any means the ONLY way of judging talent.

Here are my projections for Burrow in 2019:

1) Burrow will throw 68%+ completions, 70%+ not unlikely
2) Throw for 3500+ yards. 4000+ is not unlikely
3) He'll have a 5 to 1 or better TD to INT ratio
4) Top-5 QB in 2020 NFL Draft

My projections come primarily from a depth of knowledge of the passing game - to some extent from stats but much less so.

What are your projections for Joe based on "metrics"?

And, again, Burrow is essentially the same QB he was last season - but with more experienced support, and a vastly improved scheme.

I'm simply laughing at your thinking that you have a depth of knowledge in the passing game. I would be surprised if you had a depth of knowledge on how to wipe your own arse.

Great! Then a solid football character like you should have ZERO problem coming up with a better projection than Mine.

^^This^^ comment clearly shows you adamantly reject my projection. At least you have taken THAT much of a stand!
Limp-wristed as it is, at least it is more than HoldThatTiger is willing to stand up for.

Well. that tells me everything I need to know about you. You just an irrational person.

You ever seen WRs with small hands, or bad vision, or who just don't plain give a frick? There's a hell of a lot of reasons why WRs athletes may not play as well as they could and jugs reps don't fix all of them.

You think LSU (or any other major program) recruits WR's, "with small hands, or bad vision, or who just don't plain give a frick?"
