Start another MARCH!! ALOT the 1st one did ya!!!! BTW I SUPPORT LSU!!! If the Coach isn't getting it done, He should go!! I like the guy, BUT he is NOT gonna get where we were when he got here. IF LSU goes like 11-2, I will be the first one to say I was wrong.

No, you support Nick Saban. And since he's not employed with LSU no more, you don't give a damn about LSU. And you're upset he's not the coach anymore to this day.

we are at a disadvantage to the majority of fans in the SEC.

You are right, but they are going to be close. If they say 7-5 season they won't miss it by much in most cases.

So, in your opinion, he went from the best coach in the SEC to one of the worst coaches in the country....in two years. Theres no middle ground...no gray area...no other reasoning....thats it. Sounds reasonable.
The straw man you are arguing with probably disagrees, but who cares? I never said he was one of the worst in the country. I said he's not a great coach, not an elite coach, and certainly not worthy of coaching at LSU or getting $4 million to coach anywhere. I'm sure if we plumbed the depths of mid-majordom we could find someone worse, but I also don't think it would be all that hard to find someone better.

When you make a bet, you're actually betting against jo blo, who's betting the opposite of you.
Books are kept to keep everything even so the "bookie" can skim the juice. They don't lose money unless they keep bad books.... or gamble themselves.
So, if the line is wrong, you can double your net worth. Anybody who thinks those lines are bad should go ahead and bet everything they've got against them.

NC college football coaches get paid millions of dollars. frick, some who have never been close to a NC get millions. Get over it.

How much is Larry Coker getting paid? Phil Fulmer?
A national championship does not entitle a coach to keep his job and get paid a huge salary forever regardless of performance.

Are you so convinced LSU sucks you're willing to bet they're right?
You might could get odds on 5-7 and triple your net worth to 3 bucks.

If LSU loses to UNC, Les loses his job at the end of the season. The embarrassment of it all will be greater than losing two years in a row to Ole Miss.
The President and AD will tire of hearing day in and day out from Alumni, Boosters, wives, children, relatives, and acquaintances how the program is under the control of a dolt. Money will be solicited from donors, just cause will be explored, and this slow drip which is know as the Miles Error will come to an end November 20 or 27th.

UNC means nothing. He could lose 3 early if team gelled and ran the table the rest of the way, taking gators, gumps, and piss along the way. That would be a successful season.

Disagree. It means that two teams had equal time to prepare and get in shape for the season opener. If LSU is out coached and out conditioned in our season opener, we are in for a long(er) season.

I don't know, Nutty, but probably a hell of a lot more than u will ever sniff.
Anyway, what does that have to with a coach getting paid millions for winning a NC 2 yrs ago? If I remember, Coker got booted 6 or 7 yrs after this NC and Fulmer 9 to 10 yrs after his. So, thats a FAIL for u.

Why?
Is your memory limited to two yrs?
In Jan of 2008 I was in NO at the Sugar Bowl. In Dec of 2008 I was in Ga at the Peach Bowl and in Jan of 2010 I was in Fla at the Cap. One.
If u want a more detailed summary of my whereabouts for the last few yrs, I can provide that for a small charge of about $100.

I realize we (UNC) doesn't have the storied f'ball history like LSU, but history means nothing regarding the upcoming season, so I don't understand the few posts that suggest a loss to UNC is unthinkable or inexcusable.
Our D expected to be among (if not the) best in all of Div 1. If not for a less than impressive QB, UNC would likely be ranked top 10 preseason. Like LSU, UNC's success/failure lies on the offensive side this year. This could a special year (10+ wins) or another disappointing 8 win season.
Personally, I think the LSU game could go either way, so either team being favored by 3 is reasonable. What's not reasonable is thinking historical significance has anything to do with THIS year's game.
It'll be fun guys. My in-laws live in Baton Rouge, so I've had quite a few ribs at TJ's and watched the Tigers. You've got a great fan-base. I look forward to a great game, and hope both teams come away injury free.

You're not very smart, are you?
If you think the bookies are right, you don't bet them. It's when you think they're wrong that you bet them.

I'm sure I could. 5-7 is unlikely. That's why I wouldn't bet on it.

Is this the best you can do trying to insult someone? Wow. Really pathetic. You're better off not even trying. Seriously.
