The best way to get to the finals is with 2 wins and 0 losses. That still wouldn't be over 2 wins.

Probably a push. Win the first two, though, and likely win the regional. Gotta get southern miss into the losers bracket in an extra do or die game and eat their arms up. I don’t see lsu recovering from the losers bracket. They need to come out and hammer the baseball all weekend and take the pressure off of the pitching staff.

That's a good point. To only win one would mean losing in the loser's bracket. We would have to lose to Kennesaw State twice, or lose to USM, then lose to Kennesaw State's Sunday guy. So two wins is practically assured, and that gets us to the finals. With our midweek pitching against USM's weekend guys, I give us a 25% chance in game 1 of the finals, plus we have the chance of going 2-0 to start. That's more than our chances of not being in the finals, so I'll take the over.
