To this day i think trying to throw early against Wisky in 2016 cost us the game.
Without a doubt. It was almost like the O staff was saying "hell be damned" we're going to by god throw the ball. Worked out great and turned what should have been a great road trip into a fking disaster.

Yep, except our QB improved, didn't get worse like 2015.

Fournette had over 50% of our yardage vs Wisky. It was an embarrassment

Not firing him after 2015 robbed us lsu fans of what shouldve been a great 2016 season. That was our year.
Guice,LF,DW , oline that would lead the country in yards BEFORE contact( Remington award finalist), a heady qb on an nfl roster now. Shouldve been great. Ill never forgive King for that shite.
Yet you put no blame on CLM?

I usually watch the roads games on tv but was seriously considering going to the game as I have never been to Lambeau. After the game i was telling my fiancee ,at the time," do you know how livid id be if we paid to see that shite"

And if we're being completely honest...a boring azz game.

I DID spend all that money and I WAS livid. Could have been a terrific experience, and the other facets of the trip were, but geez was BH bad.

Yes i dont blame Miles for not being fired after A&M. I blame people that decide to fire or keep him.
Ive,literally hundreds of times, said Miles was a flawed coach. His offense was never great but he won at rate never seen at lsu before. Once he stopped, i wanted him gone. When he stopped having the occasional 11 or 12 win season, i wanted him gone.
Ive repeatedly admitted that a better x and o coach would've had more success with the talent miles had. I also realize that there is no guarantee that that x and o coach could've brought in that talent. There are very few elite recruiters that are also elite x and o coaches. Thats what makes them the best coaches in cfb.
I can admit miles was flawed but still see that his tenure at lsu was still amazing. If you gave us the option of hiring a coach today and guaranteeing his tenure went just like Miles' did, youd be stupid to pass it up. Thats doesn't mean that tenure doesnt run its course.

That tends to happen when you play rice ,ucf,a&m and arky. 3 triple digit pass defenses and the 60th pass defense.

so did I, and I've never wanted to punch a coach's lights out as bad as I wanted to smack Miles that day.

Weird how that couldn't happen but twice since 2006, eh?
I know man, the passing numbers only look good because of cupcakes, right? Strange how rarely we play well vs cupcakes then eh?
You think 300 yard games would be the norm, huh?

What got me is he blamed Harris for the poor offensive output

Has PEEJ popped in here yet? It is usually you and him going at it on the tail end of these monsters threads that go the distance.

Did Harris not suck? Or were you referring to someone else?

Yes.
Maybe miles should have considered that before allowing him to throw the game away

Oh no he def did....fact is there was plenty of suckage to go around for the whole GD team...especially on the O side of the ball. The D played decent all things considered.

Yeah we were a ball controlled team that never went HUNH. Why dont you compare some yards per completion and yards per attempt numbers or would that shatter the facade of our passing game being good in 2018?
Remember how bad our passing game was in 2015?
Yards per completion in 2015 was better than yards per completion in 2018.
Do you understand that using just totals is a flawed way to guage an offenses success?
In your mind....
400 yards from 60 plays
IS MORE SUCCESSFUL THAN
399 yards from 40 plays.
When on fact the 1st offense just snapoes the ball more. They weren't more successful after the ball was snapped.

When did he do that? All i see is Miles defending Harris after he got death threats after the wisky loss.

Didn't even think to fact check ol Rog on that one. Blaming players is much more of an 0 move.
