Too bad athleticism doesn't translate to technique, route running, hand to eye coordination or pass catching ability. And it sure as hell doesn't make you a good downfield blocker or give you that toughness to take a hit over the middle.

Harbor has to be more overrated players in the SEC recently.
2nd year and the dude has 0 catches and 2 targets through 2 games.
His PFF grade as a freshman was 54.9 and so far through 2 games this year is sitting at 53.6.
