What I think is at issue here and why Landry is upset is that with both parties represented by the same agent there is a serious conflict. LSU legal should have been the 1st to raise this issue.

While I think Landry is a self serving politician and not the brightest bulb in the box he does have a legitimate point and it needs to be addressed.

This isn't a conflict. The agent represented their client vs LSU in both cases. It would only be a conflict for the agent if he represented both clients in a legal action against each other.

It just doesn't seem clean at all. There was so much secrecy on the hire and with Nuss and Kelly having the same agent this just doesn't smell right. If Woodward has the same agent then that's a real dilemma to me.

I can't find anything on a sports agent named Scott Eastwood.
