The NCAA will HAVE to have more in this case. Because if they go on circumstantial evidence alone, there are mountains of just such evidence all over college basketball. The NCAA can't afford that kind of financial hit to the entire sport, and yet they would be under intense scrutiny if they go at Wade, and maybe another school or two, but ignore everyone else.
So, the best thing for them to do is to make as little noise as possible, unless they get something concrete that they can nail Wade with.

What makes you think that Cal has anything to do with this? I have a hard time believing that Cal would draw any additional attention on himself or his program by snitching. Misguided blame!
