Nah, I'm referring to SEC DB's. He did it on multiple occasions last year. TAMU, SC, OM, etc...

13 rushes for 13 yds and 100 yds passing vs us last year. Not scared at all.

I guarantee you Devin White is faster than Fitz. We won't know for sure until they both run at the combine obviously but mark my words. Lamar Jackson is faster than fitz and Jackson was caught from behind by White in the bowl game last year .
I would also venture to say Thompson and Alexander are just as fast If not faster . Thompson may not be because he's knees have been put through hell.

Cant help but notice LSU didnt make that list... our corners have 4.3 speed, hes not out running them and I dont think we have a safety that runs slower than mid 4.6's

I don't think Jackson has a better top end than Fitz. I've never seen him pull away from DB's like I have with Fitz.

Then your just ignorant , did you see what Jackson did to Flordia States defense last year ? Jackson is a legit 4.4 guy . Fitz is far more physical but he's not as fast or elusive .

You guys did a great job of containing him, no doubt.
Only 4 DB's ran 4.3 40's in the combine last year so it's impressive that you have a roster full of them.

1) Those are numbers from his camp coming out of HS. So take them with a grain of salt.
2) You realize that 40 time and game speed aren't the same right? Taller/Longer guys tend to move more efficiently in pads for obvious reasons. Not to mention a smaller guy is typically going to have a quicker start, meaning a lower 40 time. So, for the topic of top end game speed, the 40 time alone isn't really a great indicator.

I said he can pull away from DB's. For the sake of clarity, I'm saying in dead sprint he can put distance between him and DB's chasing him. And I'm not claiming he can do that with every DB, just that I have seen it happen before and if you've watched a lot of his games you probably have too.
I'm in no way making the argument that Fitz is the fastest guy on the field. I'm just saying that I've seen him pull away from DB's and that his top end stride is stupid fast for a QB.
