This group is made up of a bunch of recruits who are of the "I and me" concept... there's never been any player leadership that I witnessed, to bring the players together, and no rah rah bench that I see in most all other teams. Could be partly because JJ sits proven leaders from past teams like Josh P. I blame a lot of the lack of player cohesiveness on JJ.

one of the players said last year that the team didn't have much of a team aspect. Johnson proceeded to bring in another bunch of mercenaries.
everybody thinks Tanks and Skenes won that CWS. it wasn't. it was Pearson, Dugas, Beloso, Milazzo, Morgan, etc.
Louisiana kids who are gonna die for the uniform. I'm not saying transfers aren't important but way too much of the team is transfers every year.
