You'll never get a reason for such responses.
fricking idiotic logic.

Where did I say in any of what I posted that LSU would crush Bama with Mullen as HC?

Saban, Spurrier, Mullen better coaches. If Mullen coached LSU's talent you would see the difference.

If he was great at calling plays and knowing where to put players at or play players at I should say to take adavantage of their strengths. Game management, etc. LSU would crush Bama and he would be without a doubt the best coach in the country.

quote:His record a USCe is amazing considering it's USCe.
Post Florida, he needs to be considered for his record.
Same thing as when he took over Duke and when he took over FU.
Name one coach that was better at Duke, FU or USCe?
And if your answer is Urban Meyer, he had a lower winning % at FU and took over a program SOS built. frick, even Zook won 8 games a year after SOS.

That was the argument through the thread. Les is better than 24. If you place him in top 10, you agree with the title "No respect".

PJ was responding to Tubucoco (?). If you had a vague response, you've now ranked Les - if one agrees with you or not.

second paragraph is in reference to Miles, dolt. But honestly, if anyone doesn't think that a young gifted mind like Mullen who knows X and O's, can't do anything better with LSU's talent on offense than what Mile's has done. They don't know damn football.

Win 11 games in a season at a program that had never won 11 games in a season in their entire history. Oh, and did it again the next season.
And this means what?????????????? Compared to what Miles has done at LSU????????

For the record I don't have any problem at all with anyone that says Spurrier is better than Miles or Saban.
Dude has won at a staggering rate for two decades with two seperate programs.
He is a fricking boss
That doesn't mean I think he would have LSU winning NCs and crushing Bama every year though. Great coaches lose games they shouldnt and have down seasons all the time. Saban has proven that himself at Bama and LSU just like Miles has at LSU, Meyer did at Florida, Kelly did at Oregon, and Carroll did at USC.
I always wonder though, for everyone that bashes Miles for his offenses since 2009, what do they think of Spurrier, perhaps the greatest offensive mind in CFB history winning at SC with primarily D and running game?? Is Spurrier an idiot too?? Boring?? Why not sling it around like at Florida??
Could it BR because the truly great coaches adapt based on the talent at hand and continue to win??
Does that sound familiar to anyone else??

Sorry for getting into it.
The all-time winningest coach at USCe (their entire history) and the all time winninest coach at FU (their entire history) has proven to this point to be the #2 coach in the SEC.
Maybe Miles catches up with him.
Saban 1
SOS 2 (too old to want now)
Miles 3
fricking low IQ frickers.

You said if Miles knew anything about playcalling, using his players, etc, he would CRUSH Bama
You said Mullen is a much better X and Os guy and ranked him above Miles is your list.
So wouldn't a better coach whose a better X and Os guy like Mullen CRUSH Bama??
You said give Mullen LSU's talent and you'd "see the difference".
Well "anything better" than that idiot Miles' 80% wins and 3-3 regular season record against Saban and that would mean LSU would be pretty much unbeatable right???
See how fricking stupid that sounds when you come right out and say what you imply by bashing a coach with the success of Miles as some sort of bumbling moron that holds back talent??

don't know, man. We'll never find out because Miles is at LSU for life or til he catches a heart attack.

Ok.. Miles has been at LSU since 2005. And Steve has done better since THAT time.???????????
YES Steve was a great coach at FLA... But he is not as good as Miles NOW.........

HAVE A GREAT DAY.................

You right, the heart attack part is a tad too harsh. I take it back coach.

Again, you are a fricking idiot. Everyone knows it, I'm just regurgitating it.

I strongly agree with the first post of this thread. He still doesn't get the respect he deserves!
