Nix long pass

I know it was discussed last night about Bo Nix
long throw as he was going out of bounds. Sportscenter Top 10 plays had this play in it.
Looked to me that he didn’t make the catch when his left foot was in bounds. When he completed the catch and put his right foot down his heel was on the line.
What do you think?

I think Bo was trying to throw it out of bounds and couldn’t even get that right.

Correct. If you actually watch it back, #18 was bobbling the ball trying to secure the catch when his right foots lands on the out of bounds line. His left foot is in, but watch the replay and you’ll see that he never secured the catch before his right foot landed out
