College athletics has been changed for the not so good. It literally is a bidding war for even players that are already in school. Reading that tweet really made it all stand out to me just how crazy this stuff has gotten. We have an injury attorney announcing a player will be staying with his current team because they got a deal done. Just crazy to me.

Is there an O/U on how many games he plays before he makes a business decision and “opts out” next season?

Shouldn’t be a hard decision for him.

Nothin Aggie is doing is illegal and the only part of the transfers leaving to get an nil deal that’s illegal is if schools tamper while the players not in the portal.

If Aggie boosters are negotiating NIL deals with recruits before they enroll, it’s objectively illegal - under both NCAA regs and Texas state law. Same goes for any player in the transfer portal.

Now, it remains to be seen whether there’s any paper trail and whether the NCAA actually enforces the rules. But make no mistake - there are still rules.

should have put pressure on lsu

Except, LSU isn't who makes the deals happen, wink wink.

Just pointing out that many were calling those of us who believed he was leaving idiots and that it was baseless rumors.

He was gone if not for Gordon

Lol, when will people learn. There is no "loyalty to LSU" when you're highly talented and Bama comes calling with NIL money. This kid made a name for himself at LSU, was given things already, at LSU, but wanted the big, big money to stay at LSU.

It is what it is.
