You are correct. But that was over 4 years ago (Crawford box). And while I would love to see him launch one, I don't think Milazzo will hit one this year. His swing doesn't look the same as it did back then. He's gotten really good at dumping singles over the infield.
Milam has had hit several balls over 100MPH. It's just a matter of time before one of them makes it out.
If Frey is healthy, he is the correct answer to OP's question.
