What is “blazing fast” for a QB? RG3 ran a 4.41, Russell ran a 4.55.
For reference, guice ran a 4.49 and fournette ran a 4.51

Considering RG3 was one of the fastest (if not the fastest) dual threat Qbs and was clocked at 4.41 at NFL combine. A 4.5 is indeed fast for a dual threat QB..
