At the start of the season I was adamant about Coleman playing SG. My father defended the line-up they rolled with and I tried to explain that our team has
a lot of bigs for the interior
some bad-arse lil' guards for the perimiter

despite this, Coleman is the only player that goes from one area to the other; hence, fouls being drawn and the defense attacked.
His presence throughout the stat sheet is a necessity
that being said, the munchkins cannot play too many minutes together without their lack of length being exploited also.
I tell ya, we havn't had a good bench like this in forever

"Watching Coleman 's high school film, he handled the ball, shot the 3, played down low because he had to with his height and ability and did everthing else.. JJ is lucky to have a player so unselfish. His chance is at SG in the NBA, Europe , etc. yeah i know many people gonna say noway '"

This was my post 12/1913 and I still stand by it. Coleman.has been the sacrificial lamb, it time to let him play where he can make some money in his future and help the team at LSU now..

I think cjj may have found his best starting 5. Coleman is not really a 2 guard but getting him and Martin on the floor at the same time puts your best 5 on the floor

Except for Coleman's TO's, he's a smart player who knows where to be and where everyone else is - good court vision. He moves, rotates, switches, always active. Add to that his speed and shooting ability makes him a great choice to pair up with Hickey. Gives us a different look. And Shavon is a key to our successful press.

Hope CJJ continues with this faster paced version of our zone offense. This 5 have the skills and body types to push it.
