Fun fact about this projection. Iowa is listed as a "last 4 in" team. Iowa is leading the Big 10 with a 21-6 record, 32-17-1 overall. I would be curious to see their Q1-4 rankings, SOS, etc. along with the other teams you listed. I was listening to Mascona interview the D1 guy the other day and he said that Iowa has dodged all of the good teams in their conference and their OOC schedule is weak, and that it is absolutely possible they win the Big 10 and DON'T make the field of 64.

If they're 21-6 in the Big 12 and 32-17 overall, then that means they went 11-11 OOC. That's terrible.

you have no way of knowing that given the conference they came out of.

They are 2-3 vs SEC teams in midweek games.

I have watched them live. They can hit and they have one outstanding pitcher and some other solid ones.

They did score 34 runs on ULL this past weekend

I’m pretty sure the SEC tourney moved us up to the 2 line last season.

23 rpi and not invited because of not making the tournament. Impacted that season.
Other than that it has been pretty much meaningless as the basketball tournament.
