New Baseball or Softball helmets?

Ugly as shite if it's baseball IMO. Friend of mine sent me these pictures and said it's from a company contracted to make them. Is this real?

I just did that. Apparently it's an old helmet. I think my buddy got too excited. New company that's all. Thanks.
