The rule just makes the Volunteer Assistant a full time role. They will also be allowed to recruit off campus at that point.
There will no longer be "volunteer" coaches as the NCAA is doing this so they don't get sued by the Department of Labor.
There are other rules yet to be voted on that could affect the way we shape our staff a little more, but as it stands now Wanaka would just go to full time in July.

It’s a 3rd full time assistant so one more than previous.
They turned down the proposal to add a 4th.
