That's just retarded and you have things backward.

My views are open, yours are conclusive. I haven't decided anything, you have made up your mind based on things that have absolutely no bearing in 2019.

Not only that, you've decided that you can't enjoy the season based on your dislike of the HC.

You're "open" because you have absolutely no conviction about anything from what I've seen. If you believe in him believe in him instead of half-arse believing. Instead you say you're not sure but you lambast anyone else that has a more concrete belief.

If you believe one way or another fine, but someone that's lukewarm has zero credibility to knock either view.

I don't dislike him. I just don't think he's very good at his job. But this is the type of society we live in, we can't say that type of thing without it being interpreted as "hate."

By that same token, there was no evidence that because Miles hadn't beat them since 2012 that he wasn't going to beat them ever again.

But people said it(still believe it by the way) and used that as justification that he be fired.
Facts are post 2012, an overtime , a close game and actually scoring points supported the notion of beating Bama.

The good ol days...........when there was thought to be a chance, instead of scoffs at the mere possibility by the staff's own supporters.

It's weird. They say they support and believe in him, but they don't even have enough confidence to actually say it.

But I'm the one that doesn't believe. They don't believe either. Why can't I get Shrubs or Ree to say that we're going to beat Bama?

I'm open because I'm a fan. Fans get hopeful every offseason. Probably90% of the people who post here have some hope, no matter how small that thisis the year.

In your tiny world, everything is in extremes. Love/hate. Great/terrible. You can't see anything in between

No wonder your sky is constantly falling.

I really don't think Goldrush and some of the others can be considered to be the staff's own supporters.

If you had glanced at the last couple of pages of this thread you probably would know that already.

You're open Shrubs, say we're going to beat Bama. For once make a declarative statement instead of hedging your bets.

That'll make me positive. If I see someone without an ounce of conviction actually say we're going to beat Bama, that'd inspire me and make me excited for the season.

You have all the power brother. You have the power to make me positive. Say it and I won't be "negative" until that game.

You won't. Just like Ree.

Our chances are probably 30%, like they've been since Saban got to Alabama.

Oh my

You can't be positive. It's not in your DNA. Your only here for the drama.

Most of the cuurent staff's most diehard supporters concede a Bama loss, no?
I'm not saying I don't hope for the best, but this is concerning.
It is a discernible difference in expectancy, if you're honest with yourself.
sp edit, sorry.

Lsu has probably been an underdog since Saban got to Bama

Miles was 3-7 vs Saban. 0 is 0-3

My expectations are the same regardless of who the coach is.

I knew you wouldn't do it.

When faced with converting someone to the "positive" side, which you like to think is your life mission, or showing once again that you have zero belief, you did exactly what I thought you'd do.

I just gave you a promise that I wouldn't be critical until the Bama game and you still couldn't do it.

You're just like Ree. You talk but nothing you say is backed by any real belief in anything.

PS - 30% chance to beat them when we've been blanked in 2 out of the last 3 meetings? I hope predictive analysis isn't actually important in your chosen profession.

LSU didn’t want “continuity” since the program was stagnant

3losses
5losses
3losses
4losses
3losses

please explain how the program,up to this point,is any different than when we all wanted Miles gone?

we are still losing to bama except now we arent even competitive
we are still losing to teams we should beat
we are still struggling on offense

Why would anyone think LSU would definitely beat Bama since 2012?

Your issue is that you cannot see anything except extremes. The sign of someone incapable of projecting various scenarios and a low intelligence. You see everything as yes/no. No one else sees the world that way. There are infinite possibilities.

Zero belief 30% = zero now That's the level of delusion you're stuck with

No one wants you "converted"

Your Not a fan, you're here for the drama and its entertaining. Nothing will convince you to stop complaining.

you're open because you can convince yourself that 4 and 3 losses are great seasons as long as O is the head coach.

im convinced we could lose 5 games and you ,ree, trout, and ben would be touting the season as steps forward
