I made a last minute decision to drive up from Houston to attend the Miami game. I’m OT poor and want to limit myself to approx $120 for a ticket. I see Stubhub has endzone seats in the 200’s and 300’s for about $120.

Is that the best I can get or
should I try to get a better seat from scalpers outside the stadium?

I"m betting you'll do better by taking your chances with scalpers onsite

I’m going to get a 300 level seat for less than $100 before kickoff, and won’t have to pay stub hubs bullshite service fee.
If I don’t, I’ll watch at a bar around the stadium then drive home and watch the second half on my couch. Helps that I live in Uptown.

Look at Gametime app. I've used it before and it is easy to monitor prices

I took the tour of ATT stadium and a couple of us were talking about getting tickets from scalpers, one of the tour guides said be careful because they have officers outside looking for that. Got mine from Seatgeek last night. Good Luck

SeatGeek is a great ticket app. Filters in all other secondhand ticketers. Watch it until you’re either satisfied with the price or right before gametime then strike.
